Miguel Barrutia, based in Austin, Texas has been in the real estate industry since 2006. He started his career at Casa Grande and served as acting branch manager for over six years. Barrutia opened the Casa Grande branch in downtown Austin and was responsible for supervising up to 40 real estate agents. During this time, overseeing and aiding in negotiations for hundreds of contracts. He partnered with Nellis Realty from 2013-2015 as chief operating officer and broker. With an extensive knowledge of the real estate business, Miguel opened Barrutia Realty in July of 2015.
The Barrutia Team has represented a long record of local and international clients as well as first time home buyers in residential sales, investment properties, and commercial leasing. Miguel also specializes in property management and has successfully managed over 50 properties including homes, vacation rentals, and buildings generating up to half a million dollars in revenue.
